It's November and the weather is getting cooler and cooler; soon your won't be able to do your two miles run every morning anymore. So what do you do to stay fit during those times when there are 4 feet of snow on the ground? Go to the mall and work off those holidays meals! Now how will that work, you may ask? Well you see, the walking distance around one level of the Mall of America is 0.57 of a mile. If you times that by 4, you would get about 2 miles! Now I'm not suggesting that you go sprinting around the mall, but you could possibly get by with power-walking without people looking at your strangely. But hey, take your time! Enjoy window shopping while you do your workout, it's such a win-win! While eying that daring red dress, you know that you're working your way to having a body and would look amazing in that dress.
I'm not just making this up! My friend lives like 7 minutes from the mall and whenever her mom would have some free time, she would go to the mall to do her daily exercise. It just never occurred to me that you could also exercise at the mall until I saw her fast walking inside the Mall of America.
Grab you workout clothes and shoes and go to the Mall of America for some great power-walking! After all, you burn the same amount of calories whether you run or walk the mile.
